My story

In 2011, I took a 2-day temp gig filing invoices at a strategic brand agency. 13 years later I was the Director of Operations and Technology at that same agency.

Agency operations was stuck in the past. Our external partners didn’t understand our work. We were adapting to our systems, not the other way around.

So I set out on my own to create the ops partnership I wish I had. One that feels lightweight and adaptable, with systems that are tech-forward, but people-first.

Now I partner with dynamic creative leaders to tear down silos and turn their friction into flow, so they can nurture their spark and focus on what matters.
